our ROM date is on 28 May... we didnt do anything except to register on rom.gov.sg until last Fri...

Good Friday public holiday -
me: havent bought anything for the ROM yet leh... heard there's a SK warehouse sale. shall we go and see?
cm: oh got sale ah.. good.. let's go lor.

At the warehouse sale -
me: aiyo.. why so messy one..
cm: warehouse sale is like this la..
salesman: sorry not ur turn yet! after this couple then serve u ah!

me: do u have any wedding bands not so thick one cuz my finger is very small
salesman: all wedding bands standard la. all thick one. no choice one la.
me: @_@ really no choice meh? -continue to look for smaller rings-

me: (irritated) aiya dont wan to see liao la!
cm: ah? so fast ah.. ok.

feeling super sian.. we went to nearby shopping centre which is the parkway shopping centre. then we juz shopped for abt.. an hr? n we bot our rings which we liked (or i liked.. haha.. but cm likes it too!) and oso on promotion (which we didnt know until we went to pay cuz the salesgirl was new.. -_-..).. so in the end quite a good deal.. but the salesgirl was quite surprised when we told her our rom is in may.. she was like.. "er.. dats a bit near.." =p but i shd have started looking earlier.. cuz my finger is quite small.. if i went earlier we would be able to customize a smaller ring for me.. but bcuz we went to late.. we could onli alter a ring form size 7 to size 4.5.. its faster but seems like custom make a new ring would be better den cutting and joining the ring back to make it fit.. plus my one cut a lot.. hope its ok..

sun.. met up with zy xm n sl for tea.. den went to walk walk.. n oso search for a dress.. and i finally found one! in far east this shop called Lovepotion .. they have very very nice dresses!!! its at this tiny corner at level 4 i think.. anywayz, i loved the dress =)

den i read on forums abt getting solemnisers to go outside and solemnise ur rom for u.. but.. they all send requests to their solemnisers like half a year before.. whereas for us.. one month away only and we didn't even find one.. actualli we tot we would juz go to ROM and rom there. but den.. it seems so mafan to travel ard.. and since we r gg to have a family dinner anyway, why not get a solemniser to go to the restaurant n do it there? all the forums exagerrated la.... wad need to request for a date with the solemniser like 6 months b4.. but i juz emailed ytd.. today confirmed aleadi. hahaha..

i cant help feeling a little bit proud of myself! place for dinner oso settled aleadi.. book n confirmed aleadi.. now onli left.. shoes!! i cant find shoes to match the dress.. sobs.. today took off to settle some of the details and oso look for shoes n oso formal attire for cm.. in the end cm bot 3 shirts, 1 black pants and 1 berms.. all i help to choose de.. all he wanted was the white shirt and black pants.. haha.. at first he bot 2 shirts n berms.. altogether cost abt $90.. after paying den i said ok now we go look for the shirt and pants for rom. den he was like "haiz i spent so much aleadi but i havent bot anything ah??" LOLz... den he realised wad was happening and he said "oh no now i'm shopping like u! i onli wanted to buy a shirt n pants leh!" haha.. oops too late.. in the end.. i didnt buy anything T_T

anywayz i realli hope to find my shoes soon.. and i realli hope that everything will go well n smoothly..

note : health is most important to a person.. dun juz be grateful for a healthy body.. muz work hard to maintain it! dun take it for granted!
